This one day introduction to PRINCE2 will give you the overview you need of the methodology, so you can work in a PRINCE2 project, or you can decide whether PRINCE2 is for you or your organisation.

Participants will have an appreciation of the PRINCE2 methodology; the PRINCE2 Process Model, the Components and Techniques, and the role and tasks of the Project Management Team. You will be able to work on a project that employs the PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology.
