Please note that this course extends over five days to deliver the Foundation and Practitioner components and two exams for Managing Successful Programmes.
The Advanced Practitioner component is offered as a separate course, as it involves an extensive case study on which the exam is based.
The course is based on the 2007 Manual with a focus on Transformational Change and Benefit Management.
