P3O is the new Best Practice guidance manual and training course that aligns strategic change and portfolio management with PRINCE2 and MSP. P3O will help companies and government departments set up, manage or re-energize a Project or Program Office to add value and decision support to strategic change in an organization.

The 2.5 day Foundation Course provides knowledge about best practice models to align their current portfolio, program or project office or centre of excellence. The course will deliver the Foundation component with a Foundation exam (40 minutes, with 50 multiple-choice questions). The Practitioner Course is a further 1.5 days, with a 2.25 hour open book exam, making a 4 day course for both exams.

This course is based on the New P3O Manual.
